1:1 coaching from a former Bain Associate Partner who ran on-campus MBA recruiting and conducted 100+ live and virtual interviews. I offer prep sessions for case interviews, fit / behavioural interviews, as well as coffee chats to talk about the path to consulting and detailed deep-dives on what the job is really like. Let me help you stand out and let's focus on the things that the interviewers are really looking for. My sessions are all virtual.
I spent 7 years at Bain & Company in London and left as an Associate Partner. I also ran the on-campus recruiting for the London office for MBA candidates. I've been an interviewer and have supported hundreds of candidates through discussions on consulting, as well as case and fit interview coaching.
I also switched into consulting myself during my MBA, so I know what the process looks like from the candidate's chair too: the ambiguity, the nerves, the sense that everyone else seems to have it figured out but I hadn't. I myself used a coach and found it invaluable, so I am now eager to pass on my knowledge and help those keen to break into this lucrative job!
Most candidates don't need more frameworks. They need someone who's actually made the hiring decisions to tell them honestly what their gaps are and how they can set themselves apart.
