Coaching from the other side of the table

I spent 7 years at Bain & Company in London and left as an Associate Partner. I ran the on-campus recruiting for the London office for MBA candidates. I've been an interviewer and hiring decision-maker. I'm an expert coach for both case and behavioural interviews. And I've supported hundreds of candidates through discussions on their careers by sharing my unique insights on consulting.

I switched into consulting during my MBA (LBS MBA Class of 2019), and know what the process looks like from the candidate's chair: the ambiguity, the nerves, the sense that everyone else seems to have it figured out but I hadn't. I worked with a coach myself and found the experience invaluable. Now, I'm eager to pass on my knowledge and help those keen to break into this lucrative career!

Most candidates don't need more frameworks. They need someone who's actually made the hiring decisions to tell them honestly what their gaps are and how they can set themselves apart.

For candidates who are already polished and close to interview-ready. Not looking to rebuild your interview skills, but aiming to tweak those last 2-3 elements that will make you stand out as a star candidate.

Diagnose, Practice, Polish

For candidates with 5–10 cases completed who need real issues identified, then a chance to practice fixing them instead of just hearing about them.

  • Session 1 diagnoses actual gaps that interviewers immediately ding you for, not just generic ones
  • Session 2 focuses on targeted practice
  • Session 3 is a full case with final tweaks and a focus on confidence building to have you ready to nail that interview!

03 · 5-SESSION PACKAGE

Foundations to Fluency

£160 / 1-hr session · £800 total

For candidates with very limited case interview experience: building the fundamentals from the ground up.

  • Session 1 reviews the structure of a case, the elements to practice, a look at what the work is really like, and a discussion on the biggest worries and anxieties candidates have
  • Session 2 focuses on a short case that builds comfort with the case interview format, and starts to identify areas for targeted practice
  • Sessions 3–4 are drill practice and short case questions, not full cases, since the focus stays on the specific problem areas
  • Session 5 is a full case with final tweaks and a focus on confidence building to have you ready to nail that interview!
  • Targeted feedback on your gaps and how to effectively practice to improve / address them
